Recovery Tricks and Tips


Just finished my Sculpt Pod Pro Session, what do I do now?

  • Hydrate!

    • We recommend drinking between 60-128oz of water the day of and after your session. It helps flush out any toxins released and helps your skin keep those collagen effects that the Pod targets while inside. Keep your body working for you in a positive way, keep it hydrated!

  • Meditate

    • Me Time is an absolute necessity to letting your body recover and heal from any and everything. Clearing your mind and letting stress go (even if it is only for 15 minutes) will help keep your body in a skin tightening, weight-loss mode for longer and help you achieve the best results, sooner than later.

  • Stretch

    • This may seem rather silly, but stretching is an incredible way to promote blood flow and keep you loose. Maybe mix your meditation in with your stretching if you are short on time! Focus on your body and your breath as you slowly flow out of high level stress and into a calmer pace of mind.

  • Body Scrub

    • Get rid of those dead skin cells! They aren’t doing your, soon to be glowing, skin any favors. Whether you opt for a dry scrub or a sugar/coffee scrub in the shower or bath, take your time and scrub in circular patterns to help promote circulation (we love proper blood flow, yes you can laugh at us but really!) and be prepared to glow all over town!

  • Pamper Yourself

    • If you are thinking, “Didn’t I just do that when I went into my session?” well, let’s readjust that way of thinking. Taking care of yourself is not pampering, it is the minimum, and you my dear, deserve to be pampered. Whether that means a Vanilla Latte or a Lavender oil Mask, thats up to you. Pampering yourself is going above and beyond the minimum and giving yourself a treat that will help promote those happy hormones we all need more of!
